Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Registrations canceled prior to December 16, 2019 will be refunded.
  • A processing fee of $100 per conference ticket and/or $25 per workshop ticket will apply to all refunds.
  • Registrations may be transferred to someone else until December 16, 2019.
  • All transfer requests must be made in writing. No transfer will be accepted after December 16, 2019.
  • We reserve the right to change the above policy at any time without prior notice.
  • We also reserve the right to cancel the event, and if this occurs, we shall refund the total fees paid.
Special Needs

Wheelchair access elevator and handicap restrooms are available at the venue.

Recording and Image Waiver:

In/Visible Talks reserves the right to broadcast and transmit recorded content via TV, Satellite, Cable, Internet, and any other means of distribution. In/Visible Talks also reserves the right to capture photographic images during the event and use them for promotional purposes. By entering you agree to be filmed, photographed and recorded. You also agree that all material captured by In/Visible Talks may be used by In/Visible Talks and its partners for promotional purposes, worldwide.

Code of Conduct

In/Visible Talks is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, event organizers retain the right to take any actions to keep the event a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.

If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible. Harassment and other code of conduct violations reduce the value of our event for everyone. We want you to be happy at our event. People like you make our event a better place.
